โThe hotel is an old brick house similar to many B&Bs (without the breakfast though). It is clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Netflix was included too. The location is in downtown Kenora with several restaurants and pubs nearby.
Communication with the owner was excellent. โ
โA quiet picturesque spot tucked away. Though just barely off the highway, it is entirely quiet and serene. Room was nicely done and spacious! Luxury vinyl flooring meaning no carpet adds to the cleanliness score. Parking area is adequate and close and hidden from passersby. Beds were comfortable with nice linens.
I donโt know enough about the local market to comment on the affordability of this room, but judging by the occupancy rate today, itโs probably worth what they are charging. โ
โClean rooms, good choices for breakfast . Cleaning staff very nice.
Did not like: When checking in we were not well received. Two people behind desk did not acknowledge us and no acknowledgement from the person in charge of checking us in also she was not welcoming at first. She did change her attitude a little at the end of checking us in.

โThe Landlord (owner/operator) is a very hands on person and will do anything to make your stay go pleasantly . The building will be beautiful when heโs done his renovations . Definately come back โ
