Great hotel!!! Excellent rooms and food!!!

Awesome stay for my birthday. Great location, close to everything and the service was great.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Eden Roc for my birthday weekend. It was a beautiful experience for Miami natives who don't often do the hotel resort experience. From the immediate beach, access to different pools and various food and drink options. We cannot wait to repeat our week in there. There was a particular experience that made the entire weekend memorable, which was when our in-room dining server, who dropped off our food, sang a beautiful and private happy birthday to me, which left me...

My husband and my flight arrived on a Weds ~9am. We headed to the hotel, & they held our luggage for us so we could go shopping. They also offered access to the pool while we waited. They have a restroom with showers & changing rooms. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they sent a text our room was ready at 130pm. We stayed in a poolside cabana room & were on the 3/4th floors. We were next to the elevator, & didn't hear it or any foot traffic. Housekeepers meticulously maintained our rooms...

Excellent customer service! Friendly and attentive staff! Great rooms updated and clean.

Muy buen lugar

The property was brand new, modern design, and extremely clean. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. This is a secluded property, perfect for rest, relaxation and luxury!

Excellent hotel. Clean, in a good location, front desk staff pleasant, good sized room. Would stay again!

Hotel was very nice, clean, room was clean, bed comfortable, beautiful room, great vibe, loved the amenities and restaurant. I will definitely stay here again.

Ritz Carlton need I say more!!! Eleven years of amazing memories and continuing. Any issues I have I would address and would be fixed immediately. Thank you to all at Ritz Carlton you are all amazing! We stayed eight days and are already missing you all!

Staff was great. Love the location.

Beautiful resort; I stayed in the guitar portion of the hotel which was really nice. Service was excellent. I'd recommend staying here.

we loved the balcony off our ocean side view room - It was so large, comfortable and stunning with panoramic ocean views!

Wonderful property. Spectacular location. Exceptionally well maintained and very safe area. Love the intercoastal waterfront pool and seating areas along with a great tiki bar. Staff are all world class.

I enjoyed my stay

Very nice hotel with friendly staff from the jump! I was able to check in @ 2pm which was pretty cool. Incidental fee is $100 a nights so if you're penny pinching, save up for that in advanced!! But I got the money credited back to me on my check out day (depends on your bank) so I was pleased about that. The room is on the small side but it's REALLY nice and clean. Closet space isn't that roomy. It's more so a shirt closet, so if you want to hang up jackets and pants you'll have to fold them...

I selected this hotel because of the closeness to the beach and The Art Deco district. Hotel and restaurant Staff were very friendly and very outgoing throughout the stay.
