“This was a halfway point to our trip to gulf shores Alabama. Was quick and cheap rate on a special deal I got with my credit card. “This motel was awful. I don’t even know why it’s a Best Western. We pulled up and there was obvious drug activity. I checked in against my better judgment, walked into the room and it smelled horrible. I was fearful for my safety and went to the front desk to check out and they refused to give me a refund. They were so rude after I told them I didn’t want to stay there.”
