“This was our 3rd stay at the Niwot Inn and Spa. You don’t feel like you’re in a hotel - it’s like you are a guest in someone’s home. The staff is incredibly friendly and outgoing. The happy hour/cookies/munchies are a wonderful touch in the afternoon in a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is also noteworthy - plenty of healthy options. Kudos to the owners and employees!”

“Great place lovely atmosphere nice quiet with lots of amenities for whatever ur heart or lungs desires would definitely visit again. The owner also went above and beyond for us as we left a cover that was left to us for a loved one and they sent it to us at no cost... great people!!! ”

“The room was very, very nice. We did have a little hiccup with our neighbors. They had their TV on too loud. I called Security and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. We were able to sleep after that. Our stay was great. We love staying at your hotel. Thank you.”

“Excellent experience - friendly staff, quality bedding, nice toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn. Only downside was the $24 daily parking charge. It wa also a bit hard to find - it’s amongst a cluster of hotels. But worth the search and still minutes from downtown.”
