“This is probably my favorite hotel ever. The lobby is so cute, the rooftop is amazing, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are SO cute and so comfortable, plus breakfast is included. They even switch up the menu every morning to include things like burritos, breakfast sandwiches, and more. We can not say enough good things about the Catbird. ”
“I wasn’t given a room with a bathtub as requested. I had to go back down to the desk. She changed the room but the key didn’t work because she wrote the wrong room number on the card. Back down to the desk again to find the right room number. Very friendly but not very good first impression. I also wasn’t made aware when I booked the hotel that there would be a fairly large security deposit at check-in. ”
“We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were so kind and even gave us some robes when I asked. The parking is reasonable and convenient. The location is great as long as you don’t mind walking 20-30 minutes to the main downtown area. The location is great to get in and out of Boulder easily. The pillows and bed were super comfy! I also loved the hydration station on the floor.”
“The hotel was amazing! We were really taken care of and Fred that was working the front reception really made my daughter and I feel cared for, he was so helpful, professional and friendly. We loved how clean and inviting the hotel was. Our room was perfect and the Nespresso machine was a nice surprise. The bed was comfy too. The Speak Easy in the basement is a must!! We walked all everywhere in Old Town Fort Collins and were always excited to go back to the hotel. Free parking booking through...
"I reserved through Expedia including breakfirst as free. But reception didn't recognized every morning and I have to check always before having breakfirst. Furthermore, second time breakfirst is fully charged in my final receipt. I cannot accept and should be fixed correctly. The hotel and Expedia should reply to me ASAP."
