“This is our third time staying here. It is a very convenient location for us to visit friends and family in the area. Easy access to Boulder, Westminster, Arvada and Denver. Can't beat the price. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The common area in the Lobby has tables & chairs if you want to play a board game. It is a budget hotel, not a resort, so set your expectations accordingly. Parking is easy, AC worked, hot water worked, Breakfast is not good. But there is a Starbucks right next...
