The room had such poor lighting, one of the lights didn't work. Wasn't much conditioner in the shower, the sliding glass door was so difficult to open, no microwave in the room, the bathroom was nice tho. The staff was nice. I felt like I did not get my money's worth and probably could have had a better experience going to the comfort suites spend less money with more amenities. Won't go to another double tree. I didn't feel like a premium customer.

This hotel needs to be renovated. It’s very outdated. Ceiling is peeling. Carpet is so old. We changed rooms because the AC is broken in many rooms. It’s a hotel with history but just come for the high tea and experience the lobby. Don’t stay here.
