“To start, we received very detailed instructions on access to the building, room, etc. That was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. It was set up like a mini apartment. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice. Having a grocery store below the building was very convenient. The train from the airport is also less than two blocks away. We walked everywhere downtown. The location was perfect!”

“Although our family of three only stayed for one night, we enjoyed it bec it’s conveniently located near Coors Field and restaurants. Our unit was aptly furnished and modern, and instructions on check-in, etc were clear and detailed. Will stay here again! ”

“I used to live in Denver so I’m picky where I stay and what neighborhood. This location is one of the best in the city with easy access to downtown and many of the best restaurants. Easy to walk or get a scooter and cruise around. Plus there are no extra fees for parking and there was plenty of street parking which was a bonus. “Cabins are old but quaint. They have character! Very clean, the staff friendly and thoughtful, our room wasn't ready until after 5, it was raining so we had to wait in the car, they gave a complimentary bottle of wine and mini golf tickets. If you want a fun small cabin near a river without fancy dancy features this is for you. It's close to town and RMNP.”

It is places near the union station, which is alsp great since I uses free mall bus to get to the colorado convention center to attend my conference. Also, there is BIG supermarket near the union station.”

“We loved staying at Streamside on Fall River! The cabin was quaint and well equipped. It was also near the Fall River which we could hear right behind the cabin. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and made us feel totally welcomed. There’s a free shuttle that takes you in Estes Park and it was amazingly easy and convenient. We’ll be back for sure and we highly recommend this place! ”
