"Great family resort, travelled with a two year old and ten year old on a 3 night 4 day stay and they loved it. The rooms are not very big, they aren’t tiny, they were clean and had everything you needed, were quite comfortable but beware that if you have more than two people in the room it can be a challenge finding places to put your stuff or even open up your suitcase. Lots of pushy sales stuff you gotta say no to. Apart from that, all the staff weee very friendly and professional, everyone was helpful, the beaches, the pools, the nightly shows were all wonderful. I’d go back."

"The rooms were clean, house keeping was phenomenal, staff personnel all over the resort were helpful. The only con that I have w/ the resort compared to other resorts I have stayed in other countries, the drink were not strong! The drinks at the bar tasted like absolutely juice."

"A very good place to stay, Well mannered staff and they are always there to assist you when you need them. Staff made sure we were well hydrated and comfortable during our stay.Very clean environment, rooms were well made .Breakfast was well served and the service was amazing .All meals were prepared and decorated, ready to be served.Beach view was breath taking, we enjoyed the place and the people were very welcoming. The kids loved the fact that they got ice-cream whenever they wanted and they couldn't believe that things was done for them. Overall with the Deja you cant go wrong."

"Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The property is not very large, which made it easy to get around. The beach was conveniently close, and the pools were enjoyable for both adults and children. There is also a dedicated kids’ area, which was a great feature for families. The staff experience was mixed. Some employees were friendly and very helpful, while others seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Making reservations at the specialty restaurants was challenging, but the buffet consistently offered a good variety of tasty food. The bars were conveniently located throughout the resort and served a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. I would recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children."

"We enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out experience was seamless. We did not have hot water during our stay (room 4238). The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels. I used a mug and she flipped it over instead of replacing it (the inside was still sticky). She made the beds but left the empty plate that contained the complimentary macaroons on the coffee table. Aside from the housekeeping concern, the staff at the resort were incredibly AMAZING! Every one was friendly and helpful. We felt safe the entire time. Such much to do on the resort! We enjoyed the nightly entertainment. The food was delicious! So much to choose from. I can’t wait to return with hopes of a better room experience."
