"Out stay was good but the only thing was the staff trying to sell us a timeshare type of holiday. They were aggressive calling us in the room very early, they lured us to the presentation which ate up all our morning from breakfast till lunch, the girl even came to breakfast with us again very intrusive. They said it was no obligation but when we said we needed to think about it they all got very rude, they were forcing us to make a decision to spend nearly $20.000 when we said this was too much for us the manager came and reduced to $6.000 and we still said we want to think about it.No staff spoke to us after that even the ones in the reception area.I feel this was unprofessional its as if they expected us to part with our money unexpectedly, they even asked us to bring our credit cards, sounds very scammy and the idea of manipulating people who are meant to be enjoying a holiday is very off putting i wouldnt associate this with a brand such as yours."
