“Excellent location, beautiful property, very clean and spacious room.”

“Parking was easy and included. Could use a night light for the bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby and a coffee machine in the room, with tea also. Good overall, our only complaint is check-in asked you pick a room cleaning schedule which they did not follow. This was resolved the next day with housekeeping. Would stay here again.”

“We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom sink. We asked for towels, bed made, and trash removed daily. They did not come to our room in 3 days or 3 night stay. We had to empty the trash and go downstairs to get towels. There was a spot/stain on the floor which looked like a dog had urinated. Our last night the air conditioner did not work, so it was hot and stuffy all night long. The traffic, fire trucks, and ambulances were heard all night long. The manager said he would refund us one...

“My daughter, year old grandson and I were first given a room rank with active water damage mold and mildew. We returned to the front desk and were given a room with heavy smoke odor lingering. We were exhausted and opted to keep it. So we viewed the staff as sort of helpful, but why rent out rooms in a non smoking hotel when the smoke odor has not been mitigated?”

“The hotel lobby had an extremely strong cologne odor that did not go away the entire stay. This was probably the air freshener but it was overpoweringly pungent. The breakfast cost was too high so we walked to the McDonald’s across the street. The room was average and the shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. ”

“Recently remodeled but rooms are small, bathroom shower was dirty, and they only give you two towels for a room that sleeps four. No hot breakfast. There was coffee. Staff wasn't present often. Parking was adequate. Elevatores were broken and they put us on the third floor. ”

“This hotel was disgusting there was stains on the pillow cases there was dried soap all over the bathroom floor and it was under going renovations we had contractors knock on our door at 7:30am talking about they were there to measure the windows it was ants all over the stove there was NO housekeeping you literally had to carry your dirty towels done to the front desk in order to get clean towels and then they ran out of towels so we had to go buy our own I would absolutely never ever stay...
