“The hotel is in the perfect spot, right in the harbour. The room was massive and well equipped with a lovely view. The building is obviously extremely old which has its limitations on decor etc but we had an amazing time there. Would recommend.”

“The room and the view was spectacular. The bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and modern. The reason for the lower rating was the restaurant. We had a bad experience. They reserve the tables for the local people. We were seated in the pub section close to the bar even though all other tables were empty. We arrived at 4pm, it was empty. We ended up between two wet and smelly dogs and getting poked by the gentleman standing at the bar behind us. The server was oblivious...

“Upon arrival we we greeted & shown to our room. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean, just what we wanted. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast in the bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a choice of breakfast, we ordered a full English and avocado on toast with poached eggs & bacon. The food was cooked to perfection and was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Victoria In. Location...

“Loved the ‘Olde Worlde’ charm and history of the Inn, The only minor fault was that there were no leaflets of surrounding places of interest to visit. However we would would highly recommend This property. Thank you.”

“This is our 4th stay - so clearly it suits us. Friendly, comfortable and clean. Good food in pub. The mini bathroom, ( in room 2) however, needs a couple of simple improvements! The light over the mirror is still hanging loose - as per previous stays! The shower head is loose and you have to hold it with one hand to stop spray going directly downwards- which is nigh impossible! There needs to be a label on the power switch to the shower- currently it’s a search and a case of” I wonder if this...

“Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

“A lovely thatched roof pub with sitting out area. The lady was so lovely and welcoming we can’t remember her name but she lived right by the pub. The room was lovely, a nice comfortable bed, lovely pillows and lovely and clean. The lady who was cleaning the rooms was on her own that day and we asked if we could check in early the day before. She worked wonders our rooms was spotless. We had a lovely stay with a great breakfast. Will definitely go back. We had three rooms and ”
