“I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed ”

“I used this for a business trip. It has an allocated parking space and handily located near to supermarket, shops and food options. Cozy and nicely equipped with a good shower, kitchenette and bed.”

“This is our third stay at this apartment. Easy access to the beach and super pet friendly. Parking on site for one car per apartment suitable for a large car. Everything you’d need for self catering with a small supermarket quite close by. Check out at 9:30am was quite early.”

No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. “Our initial impressions were "wow' on walking into a lovely, well maintained, clean and tidy property and it quickly became a 'home from home' A minor problem with the wi-fi was quickly rectified. Wendy & Dave (our hosts) were friendly and helpful. It was only a 10 min walk into town for restaurants etc and there was ample parking on site. We would not hesitate to book again.”
