“Lovely small hotel. Perfect setting. Sea view from our room and dining room. Staff friendly and efficient. A perfect base for our short stay in this beautiful part of the country.”

“Lovely hotel in superb position and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. However we are blue badge holders with limited mobility and although there were a number of disabled parking places all these had been pre-booked and occupied by diners. Whilst we were able to leave our car in a disabled space on the first evening we were directed to the underground car park on the Sunday. Unfortunately it was almost full but we managed to literally squeeze into one of the last two spaces. This was disappointing...

“We had a great time for a week there. Very relaxing time and the staff were always very kind and friendly. The rooms were a little bit old fashioned but I keeping with the friendly atmosphere ”

“Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.”

“Great accommodation and good communication. very clean and friendly. This was the perfect location for my weekend stay in Falmouth. Conveniently located between the Beach and the town, just 10 mins to either. Free road parking was a plus. 5 mins from the train station. ”

“Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again”

“Sehr gute Lage, Empfangshalle und der Aufenthalt, wo man Kleinigkeiten zu sich nehmen kann. Fantastischer Blick auf das Meer in den eigenen Garten. Alles sehr sauber und der Spabereich geht in Ordnung mit Schwimmbad und Sportgeräte. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Betten sind am Abend sauber bezogen und auch die Bäder sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen.”

“The pool was excellent, the staff were great and the room was perfect for us. Will definitely consider going there again.”

“Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers.”
