"I left before the breakfast bar was open, but they had good breakfast snacks that I was able to take with me. Very satisfied!"

"I don't recall seeing a pool. My room had an ironing board, but not an iron. I had to ask the front desk. The outside area and front of hotel looked as it hotel was closed/abandoned. The hotel could use some upgrades inside and out. "

"Very nice and attentive staff. They had a nice breakfast and the housekeeping was excellent although to get housekeeping you have to request it a day in advance if you're going to want it."

"The pool is small for the property size, breakfast is basic and not very tasty. Room was big and spacious, cleaned everyday and so was the beds and towels, which was great! Loved that. Very nice place. Will definitely stay again!"

"I had to beg for towels everyday. I would have to go to the office and literally get in a debate that no one offers me towels, this is after I returned the used ones with the GM or his wife…. The wife would wake me up and open my door and talk to me without me getting a chance to open the door. The GM on the last day told me to get out immediately and he was calling the police due to the fact that the only employee he had was discussing something with me and he fired her. That’s when I called cooperate and filed formal complaint. I have never been talked to and treated the way I was treated as. Guest anywhere…. I stayed 5 nights and it was like this everyday "

"It’s not the hotels fault that there is construction going on and therefore extremely difficult and time consuming to get in/out, but it is the hotels fault for not letting me know. This stay was enormously difficult. Enormously."
