“We had a wonderful stay at Toro Blanco and would definitely return! The room was clean and spacious with all the necessities. AC worked great, microwave for leftovers and a mini fridge with a working freezer which was great for us since love ice cold water lol The pool was awesome and the hotel is just steps from the beach which was the highlight. Only a few things which would make this a 5 star rating. There were red ants that would make their way into the washroom and on the walls, nothing too...

“The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. My fiancée and I came in on Christmas Eve of all days and he went out of his way to make sure we knew where to stop since we were coming in late and was there to greet us. Dan is an amazing guy and we even made sure to take him out for a New Years Eve dinner downstairs at Cuckoo’s Nest just to try and show our appreciation (highly recommend the restaurant and some time with Dan- incredible...
