"Don't judge a book by its cover. The service and facilities were beyond my expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding as was the restaurant staff. The room location was perfect for sound sleep on a high quality matrass. The portable water dispense was eco saving as were the scrumptious coffee and non dairy creamer. Cant wait till next time.."

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"My only complaint would be the water in the room sinks never got hot.. Havent had a cold shave since the Military. The shower had plenty of hot water no issues, just the room. Otherwise everything else was great!"
