โThe staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay for parking while gone on our trip, thought it would be a nice gesture to be free since we paid that much to stay there. Other than that great place to stay and very convenient to the airport and closeโ
โAll staff members were exceptional, this property was clean, safe, and great washing machine and dryer. Easy area to locate places to eat and shop. The best part of my trip. I will continue to stay here โ
โThe worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.

โWe always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. โ
