โEverything about our stay was amazing. Concierge was there any time we needed them, the food was awesome, property was beautiful and everything exceeded our expectations. If you stay, stay GOLD! Itโs worth it.โ

Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.

โCharles greeted us at the valet stand and thus began our awesome experience with the staff at Scottsdale Marriott at Mcdowell Mountain. He directed us to check-in and we were greeted by a smiling young lady named Morgan. We we're a little early but our room was ready and she quickly got us checked in. Room was spacious. We got changed and headed to the pool. The pool needed a quick skim but it wasnt enough that we didnt enjoy it. We headed up to the restaurant/bar to grab a quick snack. Ordered...
โChana at the front desk was professional and very welcoming. She is a fantastic ambassador for your property! We were pleased with the comfortable beds, cleanliness and variety of amenities and restaurants offered on site. The spa and spa pool were heaven and allowed us to finally relax.
The Fairmont Privado Villas will definitely be on our return list whenever we are in Scottsdale. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay. โ
โIโm generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. And the hotel provides a lot of activities for them such as drip coffee making. They are not very professional classes but you can still enjoy them. Hotel staffs are kind and I like their swimming pool as well.

โI was a little nervous initially about staying here because I saw some reviews that stated it was confusing to get into the building and to find your room. We didnโt have an issue at all. We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. I would 100 percent stay here again and maybe even move here it was such a great stayโ
