I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Back in June 1995 they upgraded our standard room to a junior suite and sent us a bottle of champagne. It’s such a great memory of our special day. Little America is a premier hotel.
