"The location was very convenient for the Viaduct in Auckland. The communication from the management team was really poor. The instructions for parking need to be made clearer especially directions to the lift access on Level 3. We had to drag suitcases up stairs as we didn't know where the lifts were situated. If you're an overnight stay, you should have more detailed instructions."

Was a bit hard to find in the dark - and there was no available street parking so we could unload the car before taking it to a parking building, but we found the apartment visitor parking (the address on the driveway was different to the address of the apartment).
