"There was no hot water in the room and the toilet did not work. When I was explaining to the front desk, the girl who was sitting there rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. When I explained to the gentleman next to her it was specifically the shower with no hot water the girl chimed in and said “You already said that there was no hot water” By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and would not recommend anyone staying there"
