"I accidentally left my jewelry there and called nack asking them to hold my room without cleaning until I got there. I returned in about an hour and a half, they had a cleaner in there who had found the case my jewelry was in, but mysteriously my $5000 rings were missing (but not my inexpensive earrings). The manager was very blase about it all and unhelpful. Defending the cleaner and talking with her secretly- told me to go ahead and call the police. When I did so I discovered the police dont even come for a theft under $10,000. So she/they have my rings and there is nothing I can do about it. If you stay there, be very careful."

"Do not stay here if you have children with you or if you expect basic cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Our experience was terrible from start to finish. When we arrived, we could not access the property because the parking and check-in instructions were missing or unclear. We spent nearly five hours waiting in our car, calling multiple phone numbers, sending emails, and leaving messages. No one responded. The only reason we eventually got into the unit was because Hotels.com helped us reach someone. Once inside, the problems continued. Much of the furniture was broken, damaged, or looked like it was barely holding together. The pillows were old and musty, there were stains on the mattress, and we found bugs in the room. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the overall condition of the unit felt neglected and poorly maintained. The window coverings were also nonfunctional. Because the unit is on the third floor facing Yonge Street, traffic noise, music, and late-night activity were extremely loud. To make matters worse, the patio door would not close properly, making it feel like we were sleeping on the street. Getting a decent night’s sleep was nearly impossible. The complete lack of communication, poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and noise made this one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. if"

"The property was clean, unique, and well-maintained. It is located in an office building rather than a traditional hotel, which was an interesting experience. Once we were able to reach someone directly, the staff were prompt, helpful, and professional. The biggest challenge was the self-check-in process. We completed all required steps and paid the security deposit before arrival, but the information needed to access the building did not arrive until hours later. Communication through the booking platform was difficult because links and email addresses could not be easily shared. The check-in process is not particularly intuitive, although the video provided after paying the deposit is helpful and worth watching before arrival. Sleep was also a challenge during our stay. There were two very bright exit signs in the room, a loud fan that cycled on and off throughout the night, and an event across the street with loud music that continued until approximately 6:00 a.m. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. The futon bed was also quite uncomfortable. If someone plans to sleep on it, an additional mattress topper or foam pad would make it much more comfortable. Overall, the property was clean and the staff were helpful, but the complicated check-in process, delayed communication, noise, and sleeping arrangements affected our experience."
