"First of all the staff was very nice. We were put in a handicapped accessible room which meant it was extremely roomy. The room was quite clean. It had several nice features like a microwave and mini fridge which mini hotels don't have any longer. A continental breakfast is also included which featured eggs, yogurt, cereals, bagels and cream cheese and some danishes. It was very tidy and organized. The decor is quite cute in the lobby and break rooms. There's also a nice game room for families and small groups. The rooms could use a bit of updating. I did like the wood look floors as opposed to carpeting which can be kind of gross. Also the lightbulbs for all the CF compliant ones which makes the lighting feel a little bit like a supermarket. A warmer look would be nice. Such minor things but we had an overall great experience"

"This was a great place to stay on our Arizona visit. The whole property is clean and well maintained, but the best part was "Tink". She ran the bar and the kitchen (and I do mean ran - she was the only one on the nights we were there) and she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She made time for every guest and no matter what was ordered she always said, " I'll get that started for you right away." The grounds have a pool table (under cover of shade) a bocci court, a fire pit, and plenty of seating. The breakfast buffet was varied and hot. There is even a self serve laundry area that was most convenient. The staff was most helpful with directions and recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking about visiting Winslow, Arizona!"
