"We really enjoyed the water park and the pool amenities. The staff were all kind and helpful. Our room was very tired, the sofa bed was completely worn out, and we experienced a faulty electrical switch that caused an outage in our room. There were numerous places where stucco had fallen away and not been repaired on the exterior. It’s time for a serious remodel and more intentional maintenance. The food was very good though quite pricey."

"The staff across the entire property (restaurant, reception, housekeeping were exceptional and friendly). Everyone was accommodating to all my requests. The property is beautiful and pretty quiet. My spa treatment was amazing! One critique I would say is that the spa isn’t as complete as I’d like in terms of amenities. The quiet room was packed so there weren’t enough seats for the guests getting treatments. In general for such a massive property I found the spa to be rather small. Overall would definitely stay again. Book a casita if you can."
