“Staff was excellent. Property run.and out dated. Needs deep cleaning. Pillows uncomfortable.”

“I have no clue how this place has an 8.8 rating. Definitely won’t stay here again. On arrival our beds were dirty. We had dried boogers and food crumbs in the bed. Looked like house-keeping just made the bed after another person and didn’t bother to put clean sheets. The entire hotel is noisy. People were in and out slamming the outside doors. The people next to us were up all night being loud. The upstairs person stomped around all day and night. And Breakfast??? Ha most mornings we went down...

“We stay here every few months when visiting family in the area. It’s the best hotel for the price, rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, and the included breakfast is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our only issues have been outside the building. Shady people doing shady things in the parking lot aren’t really the property owner’s fault, but they’ve happened every time we’ve been there. The sitting areas outside are literally covered in spiders - I wish they would run a broom over...

“The room was great! I selected a room with the whirlpool. It worked wonderfully, from the water temperature to the pressure of the whirlpool jets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When I checked in there was a line of impatient customers and the staff remained calm, professional and friendly.”
