“Staff was friendly. The room furniture was really dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Homeless people wandering the parking lot around guests cars and digging in the garbage. Other savory characters hanging out in parking lot. Bad neighborhood. Luckily our plans were canceled so we left a d went back home and hour after checking in. Didn't feel safe.”

“I don’t know the history of this property, but what I do know is how professional and clean it is. My room was beautiful, large windows overlooking the city, the room was very spacious, the pool was very clean and the bar staff was amazing. The number of cocktails that they know how to make blew my socks off. There is a coffee machine downstairs on the seventh floor along with a pool table and a huge TV. We enjoyed all of the amenities. We will be back.”

“The room was spacious and comfortable.”

“Stayed for only one night. Everything was clean and the free breakfast was decent. I would stay here again if I need to come to Reno.”

“Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel.”
