Northeast Thailand, Thailand hotel rooms at the Independent

This was an amazing property and I stayed there for more than a week. The room was large and very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was nice and the cafe/coffee shop was nice. I enjoyed most the friendliness of all the staff. I would recommend to anyone

Clean, modern and comfortable. Modern rain/hand shower in a glass enclosed shower. The riverfront bar was really chill and relaxing, and the breakfast was really good with fresh baked bread. My back generally doesn’t like the extra firm beds common in Thailand, but this one was great. Beautiful pool as well.

TV was not working. We couldn't watch anything. The hotel needs to use a cable system.

Switched to Slive after spending a night in an older hotel in Surin City where I got no sleep. Oh boy, am I glad I made the move. The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed (I especially appreciated the lighting design, area for putting my suitcase, and English TV channels). Slive has wonderful front desk staff, a fitness center, massage for a very reasonable fee, and tasty breakfast options. Beds are comfortable. 7/11 and coin laundry are on your doorstep. Even the security guard...

Clean hotel with easy access to a mall.

This hotel is a must use in Udon Thani. The staff are amazing the rooms are very clean, don’t be fooled by its surroundings, De Princess is a diamond in the rough and a very quick and easy Grab to Central Udon. I highly recommend staying here

Our stay was perfect. Our room as spotless, the service was excellent, the pool /water park was great for visiting family. The breakfast is basic, but it states that when you book. But eggs and toast with coffee was awesome. Also quite a few other things to eat and order off the menu. Overall, service , staff and room and facilities were excellent. 10/10.
