Every time I went downstairs to ask no one was around even after ringing bell. But rooms were clean and heat worked. Overall would stay again. ”

Adjacent residential area that is good for a quiet walkabout. Plenty of fast food dining nearby, but for good coffee and food, head downtown for old route 66. ”

“When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it...
