Shower water was scorching HOT, even the bathroom sink didn’t have cold water. We checked in at 10 pm, tried to take a shower before bed and almost burned ourselves, couldn’t wash hair ten water was so hot, I immediately called the front desk and the staff member told me they were sorry and could only change my room since the mechanic was off hours, we said we will just satay in our room. In the morning we spoke to Michael who was very nice and gave us the general manager business card and to call Todd the manager in the morning, we called and a lady answered the phone and said she wouldn’t compensate us at all. Not even $25. I asked her name and she hung up, I called back again and asked her name and she said no and hung up again. I decided to invest some time into writing Expedia review for this property and contact Marriott corporate and share how unprofessional this female employee was to address a simple problem, assume she does every time an issues happens. Very sad. She needs training or to find another job that does not interact with paying customers
