"The property was as expected per the description. All personnel were great and offered discounts for the restaurant on property and in town. We had a third person who slept on the pull out couch and was happy with the comfort. All amenities were provided. I would recommend this property, especially due to the affordable price."

"The property is excellent if you are looking for an attractive and comfortable place to stay while in Sedona. Rooms are very nicely furnished and in my situation, was equipped with a full kitchen (it was a suite). One could live here comfortably. If however you are vacationing and seeking amenties beyond a pool (and they have some nice pools) there is little to be had. There is no tennis, pickleball or even shuffleboard available. The complex is on the edge of Sedona so no restaurants are in walkable range, which left me surprised there was not even a clubhouse/hotel bar to have a beverage or a sandwich, despite the number of people staying at the site. Upon arrival they hit me up to attend an information session where I would receive a gift (in my case refunding me the resort fee they just charged me when checking in). I asked if this was a time-share sales presentation and was told "they prefer to think of it as a club". Fortunately the rep did not press further after I told him I have absolutely no interest in a time share. Again, a nice place to stay if you are not looking for a place with typical vacation resort ammenities."
