“Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. “Pros: great staff, beautiful property, wonderful breakfast, comfortable and clean suite, lovely pools, well equipped exercise and spa facilities, good internet in public areas, vocalist was outstanding, shout out to Sara in the restaurant! Cons: poor internet in suite, inconsistent electricity in our first 2 suites, expensive food, far from many sites and tours and cabs were expensive, signage around property would be helpful”
