“We booked two rooms. We arrived at 3:15 ready to check in (check in was supposed to be at 3) however neither of the rooms we checked in for were ready. We walked upstairs (no elevator) to find the cleaning crew had just taken the bedding off 1 of the rooms and had the second room door open. They had just finished a different room and we had to go back down to exchange the one room and had to wait for the second room to be ready.”

“The only positive was my room was close to the front desk/entrance. The main problem was the bathroom. 1. Countertop was brownish stone color that made it easy to lose small objects or clear pieces. Solid color please. 2. Shower water volume was underwhelming. 3. The shower-head was supposed to be adjustable, but would stay in place (too low). 4. No large bath towel. I had to go to the store and buy one. 5. Lighting was NOT bright enough for make-up and hair prep. 6. The shower/tub floor was a...
