"Great hotel and event space!!! Front desk was amazing. Parking was free and great!"

"Great stay. Breakfast was great and excellent service."

"This was a terrible experience. This hotel has broken doors and lots of water leaks in the building. There were dehumidifiers in the hallways on both floors, and our room also smelled like smoke(not just a little, almost overwhelming). There were stains on the sheets for the bedding and the toilet also did not work. Stay here at your own risk."

"Fire alarm at 130 am was annoying and we found bed bugs in our room. We notified front desk, believe that should have comp the room but didn’t ask since we needed to get out of there."

"The room was dirty. Just overall the hotel looked dirty and not because of the renovations. The elevator was not working. We were staying on the 3rd floor and had to carry everything down ourselves. They just said the elevator stops working often. "

"Loved the ambiance. It was loud. There was a group in the lobby we could hear down the hall pretty late. Someone’s running in the halls above really late as well. There was some weird vibrating noise in our room too. It was pretty humid in our room so we had to open the window to get it to cool down."

"The room was very clean. The biggest downfall was being awaken by the loud trains that travel pass. I didn't notice that it was by train tracks. So annoying. Also we were so tired and awaken by the fire alarms going off at 4/5am. So scary. "

"When we got there and checked into our villa upon inspecting the villa, we found the beds where I made there was dishes in the sink, and the trash was overflowing and all the trash cans. I called the desk and they put us in the new villa. the dryer doesn’t work in this new villa. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and when it did, it went in and out of service wouldn’t bring new towels in for us because we were in a villa and we have a washer and dryer while the dryer doesn’t work so what were we supposed to do? Also, there was a big crack in the kitchen floor. I took a picture of because I wanted to show them that it was pre-existing."
