“I strongly advise against booking the Fall River Hotel during the summer months. We checked in on August 8th during a severe heatwave with temperatures exceeding 100°F. Upon arrival at 8:00 PM, we found our assigned room had absolutely no air conditioning. The room was unsafely hot, completely unventilated, and impossible to sleep in. When I requested a room change, the front desk staff refused, telling me that because it is a "historic hotel," they are not allowed to install air conditioning....

“Ok, room was very nice and I liked that it was close to the river..... But I do not like the No Lobby trend. I've been to 2 motels that did things this way and the Both, including this one, had issues with room assignment. With the first one, another guest had tge same room number and code and tried to enter my room. With this one I was the guest trying to enter another's room. Im sure No lobby saves on money but youve really got to do better with room assignment”
