"The facility is beautiful. The rooms were very nice. The casino has an enormous amount of machines. More than I have seen anywhere. However, the restaurant staff and wait time is HORRIBLE. It took us about 45 min. to get our food at the Asian restaurant. I ordered unsweet tea but requested a sweetner, they had none. The waitress was not friendly or offered to get what we needed for the tea from another restaurant in the casino. I went to the sports restaurant carry out portion and it took me about 10 minutes to get 2 rootbeers. The staffing in the restuarants is not good and the service is exteremly slow. It took us 45 min. to get breakfast in the morning and the restaurant was not busy. I attempted to find out about suites and a room block available for a wedding party coming to Bossier City in April. The staff person who helped us was RUDE and in the end gave no information but a card to call someone else. Other than that the casino and rooms are great!!!!"
