“Friendly staff, very close to train station, excellent breakfast.”

“Lovely lake front room to walk down from our balcony into the lake. The staff were very helpful with all our questions we had. Hired kayaks for the day from the hotel and restaurant served great food. Was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.”

“We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up...

“It was an amazing stay. The hotel is generally clean however, the floor in the room was not perfectly clean. You can see dust in the corners. The reception staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. Two minor inconvenience: 1) there is no lift and i had to carry 2 luggages to the second floor. 2) The main road is directly under the window, which makes the passing cars so noisy at night.”

“The staff the person in the office when we arrived around 8:00 pm and didn’t wanted to help the what’s up number had a hard time communicating and once I communicated the person didn’t not speak English, it was a raft check in.”

“VERY KIND STAFF, NICE LAKE VIEW. PEACEFUL AREA. I HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN. IT IS VERY CLOSE TO STATION AND DOWNTOWN.”

“A great hotel in a fantastic location with a lovely pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.”
