“The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location.”

“Daniel and staff were the most hospitable! The place in a hidden gem. We travelled as a family of 10. Felt very safe. Great communication from the beginning. They all went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in order. The location was key. Easy access to hot springs and local restaurants. Oh and can’t forget the view of Arnel volcano - WOW! If you can book mountain view- do it! Breakfast was their typical meal and was delicious. We would definitely be back again!”

The Family runs the hotel and they were the nicest people ever. Very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area in terms of activities as well as places to eat if you're interested in local cuisine, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit MonteVerde for a true, local experience.
