"This was a jewel to find. Sometimes you just don't know and can't trust what reviews say. This was not the case here. Of course Jackson is over priced, but I was not disappointed here at the Cowboy Lodge."

"We had a great stay at the Rockwell Inn. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was nice and quiet at night. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
The Roosevelt Hotel - Yellowstone

"Our room looked recently updated in the front 1/2 of building. Very quiet! Convenient to Yellowstone entrance. Not super close to all the restaurant’s but some next door and across street and others a close drive. Only downfall was the other 1/2 of facility is awkwardly up and around a gravel driveway to get to for ice and laundry. So getting ice & doing laundry was actually super inconvenient because the ice was out at the Office location. And it was a little bit of a trek to get to the laundry. But at least the laundry area was clean and seemed updated as well. I would recommend this place stayed at the Antler Inn before and it was a great place to stay too just not as updated as this location. If I were to go back to Gardiner, I would definitely stay here again."

"Traffic near the MMM was a little loud. They did offer earplugs, but maybe noise machines might’ve been helpful."

"The rooms were spacious, but very dimly lit. Bathroom very small, but great shower pressure. All the food and coffee were in a different area than the main building...a drive away. Not convenient. The room coffee was horrible. They offered a tea kettle to boil water, then you had to pour it over grounds- tasted awful. There was a mini fridge that was fine and windows that opened to let in the cool air. When we arrived, there were 3 kleenex sheets left, only 1 washcloth and the shower soap dispenser was inoperable. The staff did bring Kleenex and 2 washcloths quickly after my phone call. They offered a convenient water filling station and several options for trash. We had one day of cleaning, but they didn't give us new glasses out take our used coffee cups."
