Staff was super friendly at checkin. Room is spacious. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that has really good pizza.

I absolutely LOVED staying at Hotel Chaco. The staff is superb. The on site restaurant is delicious. The rooms are clean and super comfy. I didn’t want to leave. Beyond all of this, I really loved the story behind this hotel, and the care that it takes to uplift the culture of the city.

Just one night but a terrific place. Everything is spanking new. Rooms are large with lots of space to work. Nice desk, excellent for a laptop, large enough to spread papers. Many outlets for recharging devices. Comfortable sitting area. Bed was fine (queen size, plenty big enough). Breakfast had more options than most places, also had trays to take food back to the room (where there's a large kitchen area with most everything you'd want). Room was large, nicely furnished and clean. Had a grest view of mountains snd golf course. For us it was s grest location as we were visiting family that lived near by.

Busy weekend between graduations and travel baseball but hotel staff handled everything efficiently and quickly. Always our Fav Hotel chain. Safe area, comfy beds, quiet rooms.

Great stay all around. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and the cappuccino was delicious. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My dad enjoyed the casino although the casino was very stingy with their winnings on the slot machines. Roulette was a blast. We had a great time.

We were in town for a funeral. The staff was very courteous and the faculty was very good. Will recommend again. Big shower! My only complaint was that the hot tub didn't work.

If you like Western movies, this is place to stay. Great restaurant and bar, lots of memorabilia

Nice hotel in a great location for visiting several historic areas. Breakfast was very good. An added bonus is that Monday - Thursday a free dinner is also served courtesy of Crystal, the Sales Director!! We had delicious soup and salad and also spaghetti & meatballs along with the best garlic bread!! Fresh baked cookies for dessert, too!! Staff was all wonderful! Thank you to Crystal and company for a lovely stay.

Rooms were clean, front desk person was nice, maid was friendly, breakfast was a hot meal with several options. Have stayed here several times when visiting family. Well stay again for sure.

Every staff member I came across were all so friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and comfortable.

Old Town Abuquerque with the charm of an old hotel and its ridiculously large and comfortable lobby. Nice. Utilized the house restaurant with nice food and a particularly inviting protected patio area.
