"Room temperature over two-day stay varied from 58 to 62 degrees fahrenheit. The nighttime temperatures were below 40 degrees. When I requested heat in the room (twice), the staff unconcernedly advised that the heat was shutdown for the summer and there were no space heaters. If your idea of a comfortable hotel room temperature is less than 60 degrees and you don't mind an unresponsive staff, you might like this hotel. Never again for me."

"While visiting Albuquerque we wanted to stay in Old Town area and per reviews decided on this property. Beautiful, clean grounds upon arrival. Friendly professional check in. Room extremely clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good and service even better than the food. Get the picture, do not hesitate booking this property. Very glad we did!"
