"We had a great nights sleep before our daughter’s surgery, which was very important to us. The room was clean, smelled clean and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. I didn’t wake up with any back pain. The staff was very friendly and kind. They even showed compassion for our daughter and the surgery she was having."

"I was disappointed with the customer service during our stay. When we asked about the possibility of a later checkout, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I completely understand that hotels are busy and that late checkouts cannot always be accommodated. However, a certain level of courtesy and professionalism should be expected when speaking with guests. We were simply asking a question, and a polite response would have been appreciated. Even when a request cannot be accommodated, the way staff communicate with guests makes a difference. Unfortunately, this interaction left us with a negative impression of an otherwise anticipated stay."
