"The hot tub in the room was amazing . The staff are really nice , and the building is quiet and next to a lot of places to eat and stores . The air conditioner wasn’t cooling the air in the room very well and the bed was loud probably needs to be replaced ."

"This post actually has nothing to do with the hotel. I was supposed to attend a concert in Shakopee on July 16, 2026. Due to Canadian wildfires creating hazardous air conditions. The concert was canceled, and I could not attend. Because of this act of God, there was no need for me to make the trip. Expedia was extremely uncooperative in this matter and would not refund money. I will never use Expedia again"

"The location to the Amphitheater was perfect. When I arrived the room smelled a little musty and the floor felt damp. I struggled with the WiFi, it didn’t work well for me. The bathtub in my room was gross, there were no other rooms available or I would have changed rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful."
