“Very unique hotel! We got to stay in the "stables!" It was beautiful converted into a nice room for 3 with a kitchenette and it was very clean. Do make sure you request breakfast when you check-in for the next day if you will be wanting it. This needs to be "pre-ordered."

“The hotel is beautiful, in an old mansion that was once inhabited by writer Gustave Flaubert. The rooms were nicely sized, and room amenities (water, coffee, etc) were replenished everyday of need be. Staff were So friendly and helpful. Our only constructive criticism is that the WiFi was not very strong: it was in and out. However everything else was wonderful! ”
“The Belle Normandy was in an excellent location and the rooms were very comfortable and felt particularly spacious after a few nights in Paris! The hotel was a short walk from anything you’d want to see in Bayeux and the proprietors were friendly and helpful. Parking, which I had been worried about, turned out to be very easy - and Vince the location was so convenient, once I parked, we didn’t need our car for the rest of our stay there. ”
“It was a wonderful stay in a French chateau in the countryside. We rented a car so there was no issue with transportation but I’m not sure how you would get around if you didn’t have one. Our room was on the top floor but they helped carry the suitcases up as there was no elevator. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there was a fan in the room and when the windows were open it had a nice cross breeze so it wasn’t an issue.
