Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. Staff were happy, helpful and cheerful, nothing seemed to much trouble to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We will be back next time we are up that way.

We had a lovely stay at the Bingham Townhouse. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet despite being at the front (roadside) of the hotel. The room had an effective blackout blind to keep the light out. Biscuits and hot chocolate were supplied, as well as the usual tea & coffee... and a bath!! Such a nice addition after months of Travelodge/Premier Inn stays! The staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous with full English and continental options, cooked perfectly. We didn't use the bar as we were attending an event elsewhere, but it looked very nice with lots of cocktail options. The only downside was that our toilet seat was loose and moved about, and the room was quite warm, although we realised in the morning that we could've probably turned the radiator down/off. All in all, a great stay and would use again if in this area.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredible, very informative and helpful. Free breakfast, free parking in a safe car park and a lovely little town. Only issue we had was the water turned cold fairly quickly. Opt for a shower rather than a bath
