โThe restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly and professional. My only complaints are we asked for two beds but got one and there were no electrical outlets near the bed for plugging in our CPAP machines.โ
โFrom the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
โI was attending The Greatest Gathering in Derby, so I needed somewhere to stay. Leaving it to the last minute like I usually do, there weren't many places left that were a) cheap, and b) within easy reach of Derby. This hostel was a lot better than I thought it would be: Joe was very helpful from the moment I arrived, showing me around and explaining everything carefully. Staff were wonderful. Including helping me out with the aircon when I couldn't work out how to use it.

โThe moment you enter the hotel you are engulfed in a bubble of lovely scented fragrances all the way to your room.
The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful.
I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol.
The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point!
Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol).

โLocation is convenient to the train station. No reception but management is communicative and helpful. Suite was large and well decorated/equipped. As is sometimes the case, bathroom ventilation wasnโt great so bathroom smelled a little mildewy. Aside from that, room was clean and comfy. Recommend!โ
โMy partner and I booked a standard family room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was really good and you could see all of Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay and offered to keep our bags after check out for an extra ยฃ2 which helped for transport times. We tried the food in the lobby (pollo pizza) which was made fresh and tasted good, the price was ยฃ15 which might be a lot of a pizza but I think worth it.
