โFrom the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
โI was attending The Greatest Gathering in Derby, so I needed somewhere to stay. Leaving it to the last minute like I usually do, there weren't many places left that were a) cheap, and b) within easy reach of Derby. This hostel was a lot better than I thought it would be: Joe was very helpful from the moment I arrived, showing me around and explaining everything carefully. The room was very hot, even with the provided fan but the bed was comfortable.
Kept having to log back in on the internet, which elderly relatives found very tiresome.
It would have been useful to have more written information, such as a selection of tourist brochures.โ
