Um bom hotel, mas precisa melhorar
O atendimento do hotel foi muito bom; o café da manhã, farto; as instalações estavam íntegras. Porém, a arquitetura da pia fazia com que a água da torneira escorresse para o chão e, como a inclinação estava errada, o banheiro ficou o tempo todo alagado; além disso, embora tenhamos visto e observado a restrição de materiais no vaso, este estava o tempo todo entupido - eu tive que desentupir 2 vezes. A arrumação do quarto também não foi feita todos os dias da estadia, talvez fosse o caso de dizer quais os limites de horário para liberar os quartos

Excelente hotel. Super novo. Só tem 3 anos e eles mesmos já disseram que estão melhorando muitas coisas. Fiquei surpreso com a qualidade do quarto, super amplo, e peguei vista para o rio com as corredeiras. Tem espaço para as crianças brincarem. As duas únicas coisas que não gostei, mas acredito que podem melhorar facilmente são: aumentar o tamanho da cama, e colocar o café da manhã para as 6h ou 6:30h
