“The location of the property is awesome with a great view. There weren’t any food choices nearby or coffee shops open at the time. The air condition was full of mold so we didn’t use it. The coffee machine was broken when we checked in but they quickly brought us a new one which was never used! That was the best part and the view.”

“Great place to stay. We have visited many times. The room was good, beds comfortable, staff excellent. Pool(s) and jacuzzi is great. My only complaint is the pool water is too cool but hot tub is hot as it should be. If the water was just a few degrees warmer in both the main and atrium buildings it would be an5 plus. All adults that were there said same thing and there were a lot older people.”

“This unit came with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Super clean and renovated. Short walk to downtown. Highly recommended.”

“Lovely property and suites are huge!! Very convenient part of town- walking distance to Perkins cove and the other side of town in Ogunquit”

“This property was absolutely beautiful, the room was incredibly clean, and everything was perfect. The whole experience was relaxing and the prefect setup for a work trip. I loved staying here and will 100% do it again. The coffee shop/restaurant that is in the same building is delightful. I had to extend my stay for a night and since the room wasn't booked all it took was a simple email. Can't recommend this place enough!!!”

“It was in a good location for my stay in Wells.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! Great location and lots to do in this area.”

“Very clean. Presentation was great. View is beautiful. Hotel Service is world-class. I was disappointed with the restaurant food and their service, given the buzz online. Lastly, the only real complaint is they didn’t have a fitted bed sheet. A none fitted sheet believe it or not moves while your sleeping and then your body is most certainly touching a surface that I imagine is not cleaned as frequently as a fitted bed sheet. Eww!!! Add a fitted sheet!”

“The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful flowers and the room we stayed in was incredibly clean and well decorated. Loved that it had a fridge with a separate freezer. Great location for walking to downtown Portsmouth. Unfortunately the people above us were very heavy footed (which is no fault of anyone at the inn) but otherwise the private entrance and patio made us feel like we were alone on the property which we appreciated. We did have trouble controlling the air and since it...

“Lovely place. Very friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Definitely going back”
