The staff were incredibly nice, attentive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Special shouts to Vincent. The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and well looked after.

Room and breakfast were great.Very central to the town.Girl behind bar not helpful when people were trying to get into the hotel after 9.Just ignored people knocking on the door.We had to help them get inWouls stay again though.

The room was so comfortable and everything was well thought out, eg: the lighting, the storage, the fridge, the products in the bathroom. Towels were big and soft, as was the bed. Unfortunately, I picked up food poisoning at a grotty restaurant nearby and Beverly couldn't have been kinder, more helpful or more genuine. Thank you Beverly!!

Tne member of staff on duty at breakfast was excellent. Our twin room had two really big twin beds Parking was good Staff were very friendly Although I phoned prior to arrival to check there were evening meals available we weren't told it was a very limited menu on a Sunday. However the pizzas we had were excellent and service was very good. There was frequently no one on reception to speak to and no bell to ring to call attention to the fact we were there. We would definiely stay again if in the area

Love this hotel. The room was very clean, comfy and very spacious. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Very good location which is a walking distance to the shops, pubs and restaurants. The breakfast were excellent with plenty of choices. The parking are very reasonable prices. We've totally enjoyed our wedding anniversary weekend.

Lovely room, very clean and spacious. Air con was much appreciated in a heatwave! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food menu is limited but good. Drinks are overpriced . Parking in car park next to hotel has to be paid for .

Absolutely fantastic stay! I washed my hair twice because the shampoo and Conditioner was so nice. Its really clean, bed was really comfy, AC was amazing, the TV was massive and the walk in shower was lovely. Breakfast was a good and varied choice and everything was just easy! I'll definitely go back. Its quiet and had great blackout curtains. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They supply shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body cream.....I loved it, they smell amazing. The coffee bags in the room are really good!

What a lovely hotel, from the moment we went through the door until the time we left it was a great experience, the staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and very spacious and had everything we needed. It's in a great location for what we needed and had all the amenities. It's a hotel we would recommend and would definitely stay again.
